Josh came out and did an appraisal on my Mother's Estate that was being held in Trust. He was very professional and got the job done for me quickly. Beyond that, he was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. He was always available when I needed to get a hold of him on the phone to answer my questions. I was a Real Estate Broker for 27 years and worked with many appraisers in that time. Josh was by far the kindest person I have encountered in the business. The appraisal was finished very professionally. Thank you Josh.

I contacted Josh out of the blue, needing help on valuation of a unique property prior to listing. He responded to my initial text on a weekend, while he was out of town. The day he returned, we had a phone call and the next day I had the valuation. I could not be more impressed with his knowledge and his customer service. He took the time to explain how he determined the value (didn't just throw a number at me because 'he's an appraiser'). I can't recommend him highly enough. He'll be my go to from now on.

I have known Joshua for the last 13 years and have worked with him in the appraisal profession off and on over those 13 years. Joshua completes all appraisal assignments with the utmost care. I can personally testify to his ability to write accurate appraisal reports of the highest quality.
Joshua is so great to work with as he is very happy to explain how the entire appraisal process works, and explain what the steps of generating a reprt are.
I would highly reccomend Joshua for all your appraisal work.

I have had appraisals done in the past by other appraisers, however, I have never dealt with anyone as professional and courteous as Josh. He was very prompt to return my emails. He was able to complete the inspection the same day and had the appraisal back to me 2 days later. What a turn around! He is very knowledgeable in what he does. For those reasons and others, I highly recommend him!

Before I put my home on the market I needed a home appraisal done by an independent service. Josh at IdaHome appraisal was recommended to me by my attorney. I was pleased by the fact that they returned the house appraisal quickly and it was higher than what I was told by my real estate agent. Excellent home appraisal services. I wouldn't use anyone else.
